Low growing climber, covered in graceful, violet-blue flowers in spring, with a second flush of blooms mid-summer. The flowers are followed by fluffy, silvery seedheads which remain on the plant throughout summer, adding further interest. Great choice on a low wall or fence. Make sure to plant roots in full shade with the top in full sun. Deciduous.
