The deeply cut foliage is gold with red veins in spring to mid summer. In late summer, the leaves evolve to green with red veins. In autumn, the older foliage turns orange pink.

Grow Heucherella ‘Alabama Sunrise’ in part shade for best results and colours. Protect from intense direct sunlight particularly afternoon sun. Prefers moist but well drained, humus rich soils. Water and feed occasionally with slow release fertiliser. Easy care. Hardy.
