Crab Apple

New foliage is dark red, changing later to dark green in summer, before developing striking red and gold autumn colours in late autumn. The bark of new growth is also a very deep red. The tree has moderate vigour and upright habit with small dark red crab apples produced in autumn, falling before leaf fall is complete. Hardy. Deciduous.

Mature height: 3-4m.
