Pear Beurre Bosc PB18

Superb quality eating brown pear with sweet and juicy large fruit. Taste develops after 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Regular and heavy mid season cropper. Tree is vigorous and upright that spreads. Has high chilling requirements to set fruit.

As most pears need cross pollination, the planting of more than one variety is recommended or the growing of a double grafted tree.

Pollinators include - Doyenne du Comice, Taylors Gold, Williams bon Cretien, Winter Cole, Winter Nelis, Nashi Hosui and Nashi Nijiseiki.
