Magnolia Cleopatra PB18

An upright to pyramidal, small, deciduous magnolia, so a good choice for smaller gardens. Furry grey buds open to large goblet-shaped, cerise-pink flowers throughout spring. Slightly scented. Leaves are large, green and ovate and appear after the flowers. Looks wonderful incorporated into mixed woodland plantings or as a specimen tree in a sheltered border or lawn. Prefers full sun, on a well-drained semi-sheltered site. Deciduous.
